Learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditations that prepare mothers for delivery. You'll also learn modifications that you can bring into other classes. It is a unique and empowering experience.

Celebrate Mother Earth with a grounding and soul lifting Sound Bath. With divine energy in May air, it is the perfect time to treat yourself to a massage of harmony and vibration. During this unique experience, participants will be enveloped in a refreshing bath of vibration from a wide variety of ancient sound-healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs and crystal singing bowls. All you need to do is stay open to the experience and let the vibrations carry you off into a delightful 75 minute meditation concert of sacred sound.
Sound affects us on all levels - spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical, and can bring balance to us in ways we never imagined. Sound Baths are a powerful way to balance the body and mind and to complete the path to a happy and extended life. Fabian is a yogi, Wellness & Lifestyle Coach and practitioner of shamanic healing. One of the methods he utilizes to empower participants in finding their truth and purpose is what is known as a Sound Bath.
Postnatal Class w/Chelsea Rothert 5/6
This class is great for mothers who have given birth within the last year. If you have been wondering when you can get back on your mat or how to get back on your mat safely, or what kind of yoga practice you should be doing, then this class is for You!
Join Chelsea and learn what is safe for the postnatal phase, while focusing on repairing the pelvic floor muscles, strengthening the core, and opening the shoulders to relieve stress and tension.
Yoga and meditation are the perfect combination to staying healthy in body and mind as you experience the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Soothed, you’ll be ready to address all the tissues of your neck, shoulders and forearms with a detailed focus on your deep neck flexors—the “core” of your neck.
